At SPJIMR, we realize the potential that understanding leadership in different contexts has, and the cross-pollination opportunities it offers. We are keen to research the domain of institution building, which we see as imbuing a culture and value system into creating an sound organization. As a first step towards this, we are organizing this seminar on "Leadership and Institution Building" on 5 January 2007.
